The Libraesva Email Archiver caches locally the list of all configured directory service (LDAP, M365 and Google Workspace) users.
This cache engine allows the Archiver to speed up all the operations involving users, including the archiving process.
The cache is refreshed nightly or whenever a directory service is created of updated.
It’s possible to see the caching status of every directory service and to manually refresh the cached information of a specific directory service in case of need by simply clicking on the dedicated button on the LDAP Configuration, Microsoft 365 Configuration or Google Workspace Configuration pages.
