EOL and EOS, what’s the difference?
EOL
When the product reaches the End-Of-Life, no additional product feature will be developed, the product will no longer be sold.
Support is still provided for the product after EOL and software updates are limited to patching security issues.
We suggest to upgrade to the next major release before EOL.
EOS
When the product reaches the End-Of-Support, no more support will be provided and no software updated will be released.
EOS products should not be used in production.
