SOLUTION
This can be safely ignored, and you normal AV scanning is not affected.
ClamAV updates are provided by Libraesva ESG mirrors, and the new updates may be under review or being corrected to increase the overall QoS.
Libraesva ESG will self-update as soon as we consider this general update safe for production.
