PROBLEM:
An LDAP user is configured as Domain Administrator or Administrator, but when logging in is recognised as normal user
SOLUTION:
This is a known bug of all Esva version up to 2.9. Will be fixed in upcoming release. You may ask for a fix directly to esvasupport@libra.it
