PROBLEM:
Blackberry activation files are being blocked by Esva as “No program allowed”.
SOLUTION:
To resolve this issue you have to login by ssh or console as root and:
edit file /etc/MailScanner/content.scanning.rules
From: 127.0.0.1 noFromOrTo: *.blackberry.net no
FromOrTo: default yes
restart MailScanner
